WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
To manufacture our footwear we use a standard last, so we recommend choosing the usual size that you normally use in this type of footwear.
If you are in doubt between two sizes , we recommend the smaller size if your foot tends to be narrow. On the other hand, if your foot tends to be wide, we recommend that you choose the larger of the two sizes.
ARE THEY COMFORTABLE IF I'M NOT USED TO WEARING HEELS?
Yes. Our espadrilles are designed for brides who don't usually wear heels .
The shoe last is very stable, the slope is perfectly balanced, and the cushioned insole distributes the weight so you can wear it for more than 12 hours without pain .
It's the most repeated comment in our reviews.
WHAT HEEL HEIGHT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choose the height according to the centimeters you want to add to your barefoot height.
All heights are equally comfortable:

5 cm → gentler slope, flatter feel.

7.5 cm / 9 cm / 11 cm → share the same slope , the weight is distributed equally; only the total height changes.
⭐ General recommendation:
Choose the heel height according to the final height you want to achieve; comfort is guaranteed in all of them.

Of course . For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands , the first change in size and/or height and/or model of espadrilles is free . Simply contact us to manage it by emailing info@ernestoterron.com or calling 983 29 44 33.
We are in charge of managing it with the transport company so that they can pick it up when it is best for you.
For a second exchange, Canary Islands, Europe and rest of the world, consult our Shipping, exchanges and returns section that you will find in the footer of the page.
For products that have been personalized, exchanges or returns will not be possible, just like bridal bodysuits.
Please note that the order has to be changed within 60 days from the date you receive the item.

Due to the artisanal nature of all our products, delivery times for Standard Shipping can range between 10 and 45 business days .

In case you need to ensure that your order arrives by a certain date or within 10 business days , don't worry, we have the Urgent Preparation service. We will give priority to the preparation of your order so that you receive it on time, remember to tell us the date in the comments section of the order.
