We cannot confirm the exact order delivery times, but if you are only available in a certain time slot, please let us know so we can notify the shipping company. If you are not available on the day of delivery for collection, the transport company will leave you a notification so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery.

RETURNS
If you receive your order and the item you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it without any cost for customers in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Except for personalized products, which do not accept returns.
If it is an order from outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, the return fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

Items personalized to the consumer's specifications cannot be returned, nor can bridal bodysuits.
Returns of the product will not be accepted once it has been used, or if it has been altered or modified. If the footwear is not returned in perfect condition, a discount may be applied to the refund due to cleaning costs. The refund may also be denied in the event that the return conditions are not met, with the footwear having to be taken over by the own client.
The customer must return the product in perfect condition, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the footwear insole, which must be clean. We recommend trying the footwear with a test bag that covers the foot until ensuring that the size is correct.
Once the return is received and it is confirmed that everything is correct, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method that the purchase was made.
Once verification of the return is received, it should not take more than 72 hours. In the event of a delay, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns on these products.

The heel height is total and are 7.5 cm, 9 cm and 11 cm.
We have three heights, although not all of them are available for all items. To see the offer, you can access the item itself in the online store and review the purchase options.
The three heel heights we have are 7.5 cm, 9 cm and 11 centimeters.
For heel height 7.5 centimeters it is 2 cm.
For heel height 9 centimeters it is 3 cm.
For heel height 11 centimeters it is 4 cm.
To manufacture our footwear we use a standard last, so we recommend choosing the usual size that you normally use in this type of footwear.
If you are in doubt between two sizes, we recommend the smaller size if your foot tends to be narrow. On the other hand, if your foot tends to be wide, we recommend that you choose the larger of the two sizes.

We have an espadrille customization service, this service is not made-to-measure footwear. Among the services we offer are the following:

PRODUCT CARE
We recommend that, if they are not wine stains or some product that is very difficult to remove, you use a little neutral soap and very little warm water. You can use a toothbrush or a brush and rub gently, drying off the excess water carefully and letting it dry completely. If it has dried dirt such as mud or similar, you can clean it beforehand.
For the skin parts, the same cleaning method can be used; we then recommend properly moisturizing the area.
For suede footwear, it is recommended to clean them with specific products for this material; the use of water-repellent products may be highly recommended to preserve the useful life of the footwear.
The product may have small variations in color, texture and shape. These are due to the artisanal nature of both the fabrics and the manufacturing of the footwear.
We always recommend storing the footwear in the box with which it is provided and, if possible, inside the included bag and with the padding to preserve its shape.
You should avoid placing footwear in areas with temperature changes, avoiding humidity and exposure to heat.
