Due to the artisanal character of all our products , delivery times in Standard Shipping can range from 10 to 45 business days.

- But... What if I need it sooner?

In case you need to ensure that your order arrives for a certain date or before 10 days working days, don't worry, we have the service Urgent Preparation . We will give priority to preparing your order so that you receive it on time. Please remember to indicate the date in the comments section of the order.

For customized products, the time may increase depending on the complexity of the model, availability of out-of-stock materials and implementation from customer acceptance.

Shipping costs:

• Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands: €5 NOW FREE!

• Canary Islands: €8.99.

• European Union: €8.99.

• Rest of the world: €12.99.

• Urgent preparation: +25€. (Before 10 working days).

For shipments outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, any customs charges arising from this will be borne by the customer.
All costs arising from delivery (customs fees, tariffs, etc.) in the Canary Islands and in international markets outside the European Union will be borne by the customer.

 

 

 

CHANGES

 

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the first change of size and/or height and/or model is free. Simply contact us to manage it at info@ernestoterron.com or by calling 983 29 44 33.

 

If the model is exchanged for one of a higher value, it will be treated as a return and a new purchase. If it is for a model of a lower value, the difference will be refunded once the second model is sent.

 

Customized products cannot be exchanged.

 

Bridal bodysuits cannot be exchanged.

 

We will take care of managing it with the transport company so that they can pick it up when it best suits you.

 

For second and subsequent changes, the associated costs must be paid by the customer, at a cost of €7 per journey.

 

For the Canary Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World, changes must be treated as a refund.

 

Please note that the order must be exchanged or returned within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, returns are free. You must contact us at info@ernestoterron.com or by calling 983 29 44 33.

 

We will take care of managing it with the transport company so that they can pick it up when it best suits you.

 

For the Canary Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World, the return rates are as follows and will be discounted at the time of the return of the total amount of the purchased products:

Canary Islands: €18

European Union: €18

Rest of the world: €24 shipping costs + €15 customs reintroduction management costs (DUA)

 

As soon as the package arrives at our facilities, it will be inspected and the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours.

 

Customized products are not returnable.

 

Bridal bodysuits are not returnable.

Returns of used, altered or modified footwear will not be accepted. If the footwear is not returned in perfect condition, a discount may be applied to the refund due to cleaning costs. Refunds may also be denied if the return conditions are not met, and the customer will have to take charge of the footwear themselves.

 

The customer must return the product in perfect condition, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the customer, including the insole of the shoe, which must be clean. We recommend trying on the shoe with a test bag covering the foot to ensure that the size is correct.
