6.- Price

VAT (or applicable tax) is included in all our prices at the currently applicable rate. The prices mentioned on our website include all concepts in euros. Shipping costs are not included in the prices offered on this website except for possible promotional campaigns that involve free shipping. Any remaining additional expenses that may arise will be borne by the consumer.
For shipments outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, if there are any customs charges derived from them, they will be assumed by the customer.
All costs derived from delivery (customs charges, tariffs, etc.) in the Canary Islands and in international markets outside the European Union will be borne by the customer.

The products displayed on our website can be delivered to a wide list of countries around the world, both in the European area and in the rest of the world.

Shipping costs are invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website. The exact amount of shipping costs is indicated in the ordering process.

The shipping preparation time, depending on the item, may vary between 10 and 45 business days from the date of placing the order. Products whose delivery times require different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description.

All costs derived from delivery (customs charges, tariffs, etc.) in the Canary Islands and in international markets outside the European Union will be borne by the customer.

15.- Right of withdrawal

Description of the right of withdrawal.


As a consumer and user, you would have a period of 14 calendar days by law to exercise the right of withdrawal, but we have extended it to 60 calendar days.

It will be the law of the place where the good object of the contract has been delivered or where the service was to be provided, which determines the days that are to be considered business days.


Returns of the product will not be accepted once it has been used, or if it has been altered or modified. If the footwear is not returned in perfect condition, a discount may be applied to the refund due to cleaning costs. The refund may also be denied in the event that the return conditions are not met, with the footwear having to be taken over by the own client.


The customer must return the product in perfect condition, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the footwear insole, which must be clean. We recommend trying the footwear with a test bag that covers the foot until ensuring that the size is correct.


The period will be computed from the receipt of the good that is the subject of the contract.


The exercise of this right does not require justifying your decision.


Ways to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 15 days from the exercise of this right.

The refund will be made according to the payment method used when making the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Unless otherwise agreed, the following contracts are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  1. ◦ Contracts for the supply of products made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  2. ◦ Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the businessman cannot control.

  4. ◦ Contracts for the supply of products that are susceptible to occasional use and subsequent return of the product by the consumer.
  5. ◦ Subsequent changes to the product supply contract due to special adaptations due to the client's physiognomy or ergonomics or specific requests.

The return must not show obvious signs of having been used.
